Revenue Protection on BBC’s The One Show – 16th May 2016

Tonight, the British Gas Revenue Protection team will be featuring as the headline story on the BBC One Show by giving an insight on energy theft which costs our industry more than £400 Million every year.

The One Show film crew joined the UKRPA Member in Liverpool, where Revenue Protection Officers spent two days getting a first-hand glimpse of what happens when criminals are found stealing gas and abstracting electricity through rogue supplies installed at street level.

Mark Andrews, the British Gas head of the RPU, will talk about the cost to honest customers and how UKRPA Members are doing everything they can to stay one step ahead of the perpetrators.

You’ll be able to catch the programme on BBC iPlayer after Monday’s broadcast.
